When is the right time to start my new healthier lifestyle? Only one person can answer that for you. Sure I could tell you start now! Start first thing tomorrow! However, a successful change in diet is something you have to choose for yourself. Similar to a habit like smoking, the choice HAS to be yours. You have to be committed to your weight loss and new healthy lifestyle. Be sure that once you have chosen to start your new eating habits and healthier lifestyle, you have thought it all through. You don't want all your hard work and weight loss efforts to be in vain. Choosing the right time is important, but no one knows that time except for you. Have a plan, guide, or routine that's easy to follow and one that you are ready to commit to.
